Marina on AWS — A Hybrid Control Plane

Marina (working name GAME) is a local-first control plane that conforms projects to standards and gives the owner observability and command-and-control over them. This paper analyses what moving to AWS means, recommends a two-plane hybrid that keeps operations local while broadcasting state to pay-per-call cloud services, and presents a decision table for selecting which services to adopt.
